Tecside Group is currently seeking experienced and qualified EEHA Inspectors for immediate mobilisation to the North Rankin Complex, working on a 2:2 offshore rotation. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected team within the oil and gas sector, supporting critical operations with a strong focus on compliance, safety, and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform detailed and visual inspections of electrical equipment in hazardous areas in accordance with AS/NZS 60079 standards and other relevant regulations.
* Conduct EX-rated repairs to ensure full compliance with safety and statutory requirements.
* Maintain up-to-date inspection registers and reports via CMMS or inspection software.
* Submit detailed inspection documentation including Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and associated follow-ups.
* Support hazardous area classification (HAC) reviews and assist in updating drawings and documentation.
* Collaborate within a highly experienced offshore team in a high-performing and safety-focused environment.
Mandatory Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum 2 years' experience as an EEHA Inspector in the offshore oil & gas industry
* Unrestricted Western Australian Electrical Licence
* Certificate IV in Electrical Equipment for Hazardous Areas (EEHA)
* Certificate IV in Instrumentation
* IRATA Rope Access (Level 1 or above)
* Valid BOSIET with CA-EBS
* Offshore Industry Safety Induction
* Current MSIC (Maritime Security Identification Card)
* LVR/CPR (current)
* Gas Test Atmospheres
* Working at Heights (within 2 years)
* Confined Space Entry (within 2 years)
* Current First Aid Certification
* Ability to pass a full Offshore Medical
* Strong knowledge of electrical compliance in hazardous areas
* Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in offshore environments
