Summary As a Modern Workplace Power Platform & Copilot Consultant, you will be part of our Modern Workplace Team delivering Microsoft technologies and implementations in enterprise environments. You will use your expertise to design and deliver innovative and tailored solutions that focus on the Power Platform & Copilot Studio to meet our clients' needs and maximize their return on investment. As a Power Platform & Copilot Studio Consultant, you will design, build, and deliver intelligent low code and AI powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and Power Automate. You’ll work directly with enterprise clients to identify use cases, run workshops, and implement secure, scalable copilots and automations that drive measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and deploy AI-powered copilots and agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including topics, orchestration, generative responses, and actions Develop and extend solutions across the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse; Power BI exposure desirable) Lead client workshops (discovery, envisioning, and enablement) to identify automation and AI use cases Be responsible for architecting and designing Power Platform tenants/environments, liaising with IT, Security, and other technical groups to ensure all integration needs are met and fully implemented Analyze and lead discussions around architectural options, ensuring all options are considered for optimal deployment Integrate copilots with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, and external systems using connectors and APIs Apply governance, security, and ALM best practices, including DLP policies and environment strategies Produce solution designs, technical documentation, and handover materials for clients Work with internal and external technical resources to enable the most effective DevOps processes Collaborate with architects, data, and AI specialists to deliver end to end solutions Communicate with Microsoft Product Engineering on product related issues, suggesting improvements and participating with other users in the Power Platform community. Skills & Experience Hands on experience with Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents) and the Power Platform Strong understanding of Power Platform governance, security, and ALM Client facing consulting experience, including requirements gathering and stakeholder management Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Teams, and enterprise integration patterns Microsoft certifications such as PL 900, PL 200, PL 400, PL 600, AI-900, AB-730, AB-100 Experience with Azure services (Functions, API integrations) You will likely possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, computer engineering, information system management or a related field. 3–5 years in Power Platform consulting roles You’ll need to be an Australian Citizen due to project and client requirements. You are an experienced technologist and are comfortable working with a technical team with a track record of solution design & delivery. In addition, your technical skillset likely includes: Demonstrated experience interfacing with clients, assessing their goals and objectives, with the ability to translate ideas into strategic and practical solution recommendations Aptitude for critical and analytical thinking, as well as the capacity to accept out-of-the box solutions Being proactive in staying up to date on the latest updates to the Power Platform, as well as future roadmap features Demonstrated experience with Power Apps, Power BI, or Power Automate, as well as experience with M365, Azure, or Dynamics 365 Demonstrated excellence in communicating and presenting complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in written form .
