The Role:
Reporting to the Head Coach, you will help achieve sustainable sales growth by consistently delivering the Ultimate Customer Experience with a specific focus on Sales & Visual Merchandising.
Your day will involve leading from the front, coaching on the run, and creating a winning culture within your store and the Retailors community.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A minimum of 2 years' retail experience, including proven visual merchandising experience
* Store leadership or key holder experience, working with a team to succeed, advantageous
* Unrelenting commitment and team alignment in delivering the Ultimate Customer Experience
* Experience in Winning the Day; through meeting and exceeding sales and KPI goals
