Our model integrates physiotherapy, strength and conditioning, performance testing, and concussion management under one roof.
You will work alongside coaches and clinicians with strong sport experience, using industry leading technology and a clear performance and rehabilitation pathway for athletes.

The Role
We are seeking a
senior performance focused physiotherapist
to join our rehab and performance team. You will work closely with the Director of Rehab and be trusted with real responsibility, not micromanagement.
This role suits a physio who is confident coaching athletes, enjoys structured rehab environments, and wants to continue developing their skill sets.
We are looking to hire someone for 18-20 hours a week who wants to grow into a full time role.
Hours include:
• One weekday morning
• One to two weekday afternoons
• Saturday morning
Start date from mid-late Feb.
What You Will Be Doing
• Comprehensive injury assessment, diagnosis, and management
• Coaching athletes through our Athlete Rehabilitation Program including small group rehab, return to run/sprint/COD/contact, and field based sessions
• Designing and progressing rehab programs for up to 20 individual athletes
• Delivering individual athletic development sessions
• Running and interpreting performance testing both individual and group
• Contributing to program design for our wider athletic population
• Providing physiotherapy services to affiliate sporting clubs
Who This Role Is For

• Have strong experience in athletic or group based rehabilitation
• Have the ability to form strong relationships with athletes
• Understand strength and conditioning principles and apply them confidently
• Have worked with emerging or elite athletes
• Enjoy being part of a motivated, young team environment
• Are comfortable using performance technology such as force plates, force frame, Nordbord or similar
• Communicate clearly, lead confidently, and bring positive energy to the floor
• Are organised and take ownership of your athletes
Essential Requirements
• Minimum 2 years experience in a sports or performance physiotherapy role and a minimum of 3 years practicing as a physiotherapist
• Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent
• Current AHPRA registration
Desirable:
• Master Sports & Exercise Physiotherapy (currently studying or completed)
• ASCA Level 1 or working towards
• Experience in private performance based environments
