About This Role
This is a key leadership position responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centred care while leading and coordinating a multidisciplinary team within Addiction Services.
* Lead and manage the CAPS team to deliver contemporary, evidence-based nursing care and achieve clinical performance outcomes
* Oversee human, financial and material resources, including workforce planning, rostering and budget management
* Drive quality improvement, clinical governance and implementation of best practice models of care
* Provide strong operational and professional leadership, fostering a positive team culture and safe care environment
About You
You are an experienced and driven nursing leader with a passion for delivering excellence in addiction and mental health care.
* Registered Nurse with advanced clinical expertise in addiction and/or mental health and a commitment to person-centred care
* Proven leadership experience managing teams, resources and service delivery in complex healthcare environments
* Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build high-performing teams
* Demonstrated ability to lead service improvement, quality initiatives and evidence-based practice
