Real Estate Lawyer - Brisbane Opportunity
We are seeking an exceptional lawyer to join our high-performing team. This role provides the successful candidate with the opportunity to collaborate and contribute to a successful and impactful real estate team, working with a variety of clients on significant projects in Queensland.
You will gain hands-on experience in an array of matters across both public and private sectors, ranging from typical property development work to large property and infrastructure project work. You will be responsible for supporting large property transactions and encouraged to foster great client relationships.
The team has an unrivalled portfolio of major commercial clients and is renowned for its expertise in advising many major players in the real estate industry. The team is also considered a trusted advisor to many State and Local Government clients.
With such a broad mix of clients, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse matters including renewable energy projects, capital transactions, social and affordable housing, transport projects, and other large infrastructure projects.
Skill & Experience Requirements:
* Property experience and exposure to different types of property matters
* 3-6 years' post-admission experience
* Excellent client-facing capability
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Strong time and project management skills
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Strong academic background
* Enthusiasm to learn and grow as a real estate lawyer
