Casual Field Representative – Retail Select Team (Mandurah, WA)

Join the DuluxGroup Retail Select Team! We are looking for a Casual Field Representative to provide a range of services in the hardware and gardening departments at Bunnings stores in Mandurah and Halls Head.

You'll work with our trusted brands Dulux, Selleys, Yates/Seasol, and Cabots, to continue growing and winning in the marketplace. As a valued member of our team, you'll have the ownership and support you need to succeed, both from your leaders and your colleagues.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver in-store visual merchandising services aligned to our service level agreements
• Support, train, and deliver in-store projects
• Act as an in-store ambassador for our business, building strong relationships with both Bunnings and DuluxGroup teams
• Enable our sales teams to execute strategies and provide the best possible shopping experience for consumers
• Gain exposure to marketing fundamentals from the ground up

What We're Looking For

• Self‐motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Hold a valid driver's license and have your own vehicle
• Demonstrated ability to learn and effectively use technology and various digital applications and systems
• Strong time‐management, prioritisation skills and own initiative
• Physically capable of meeting the demands of a hands‐on role including stock movement, lifting, display setup and being on your feet

Hours & Availability

This casual role offers flexible, variable hours, with shifts available between 7am–6pm on weekdays and occasional Saturdays from 10am-2pm. Daily shifts may range from 3 to 7 hours.
