Customer Service Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Aftersales department, you will be the main point of contact for our customers, guiding them through their journey with us.
* Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
* Adopt new digital systems and processes as part of our digital transformation
* Suggest additional work advised through the Vehicle Health Check process
* Quote and sell Service Plans to retain customers
* Encourage customer satisfaction feedback via exit briefing and follow-up contact
Responsibilities:
* Estimate repair costs and times
* Resolve any concerns when suggesting repairs
* Inform and update customers on progress or additional works needed
* Prepare and explain invoices and take payments
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of automotive industry practices
* Basic computer skills
