We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Mortgage Broker. As a Mortgage Broker, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to customers on their home loan options.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage customer enquiries and provide expert lending advice
* Support customers through the entire loan journey, from application to settlement
* Leverage our property hub to connect customers with key products and services across the property purchasing journey including buyer's agents and conveyancing
* Build relationships in the local community to create referral partnerships and grow your pipeline
Requirements:
* A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain it - we can assist)
* A background in sales or customer service roles
* Drive and determination to contribute to the growth of your store
* A passion for helping customers achieve their homeownership dreams
