As a Senior Security Specialist, You Will
* Lead the delivery of SOC services, leveraging advanced security tools and technologies.
* Oversee the monitoring, triaging, and investigation of security alerts and incidents, providing advanced analysis and acting as an escalation point for complex cases.
* Manage and coordinate incident response activities, including containment, eradication, and recovery, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
* Develop, review, and refine incident response playbooks, workflows, and standard operating procedures to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
* Conduct proactive threat hunting activities to identify and mitigate potential threats within the environment.
* Lead the configuration, optimisation, and maintenance of security monitoring tools and technologies.
* Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to SOC Analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
* Build and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners, striving for mutually beneficial outcomes.
* Stay up to date with emerging threats, technologies, and best practices, and provide thought leadership to enhance CITEC's security posture.
