Its core focus is reinforced concrete structures, from residential slabs to complex retaining walls and infrastructure elements like drainage pits and culverts. As it continues to grow, we’re looking for motivated and experienced Structural Engineers to join our team at Intermediate Structural Engineer through to Principal Structural Engineer level. About the Role You’ll be working hands-on with a wide range of reinforced concrete structural projects, supporting major developers and civil contractors. Projects include residential building slabs, complex retaining wall systems, drainage structures, culverts, and pit designs for subdivisions. Key responsibilities: Structural analysis and design of reinforced concrete elements Producing design documentation and technical reports Coordinating with architects, civil engineers, drafters, and clients Site inspections and construction-phase support as required Mentoring junior engineers (senior roles) Depending on your experience level, you’ll be given autonomy and leadership responsibility, with opportunities to manage projects end-to-end and play a key role in the business’s growth. About the Candidate We're looking for engineers who are technically strong, practical, and proactive. You should thrive in a small-team environment and be comfortable working directly with clients and stakeholders.
