Overview

G'day Group is the undisputed leader in regional travel, with over 85 properties across Australia's destinations. We offer a range of accommodation to bring people, places, and communities closer together. Triple J Tours, Kimberley properties (Ord River, Lake Argyle, Lake Kununurra) and related experiences form our portfolio, and we're looking for passionate skippers and coxswains to join our team in the East Kimberley region.

This is more than a skipper role — you'll be the face of our tours, guiding guests on the Ord River, cruising Lake Argyle and Lake Kununurra, or assisting with transfers to create memorable adventures for our visitors.

Are you a Coxswain Level 2 or Master 5 ready to swap the ordinary for the extraordinary? Join Triple J Tours, Kununurra Cruises and Lake Argyle Resort to deliver unforgettable experiences in the breathtaking East Kimberley region.

Skills & Experience

Mandatory:

* Coxswain Level 2 or Master 5 Certification
* MED 2 Certification (Lake Argyle Only)

* WA Passenger Transport Drivers Authorisation (or equivalent)
* Storytelling ability and ability to connect with guests

We offer more than a job — it's a lifestyle. Benefits include:

* Competitive pay

* Workplace surrounded by jaw‐dropping scenery
* Time to explore the Kimberley's landscapes
* Staff discounts on accommodation and tours across Australia
* Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for support

Additional Details

This is a remote role in the Kimberley Region. Consider the realities of living in a remote location for an extended period. We offer competitive remuneration, remote living benefits, and opportunities for career development and learning, including structured training and on‐the‐job mentoring.

Note: All applications will be reviewed in January 2026.

Requirements & Safety

This role includes extensive manual handling tasks (lifting up to 20 kg, kneeling and squatting) and handling chemicals or operating machinery as required.

Prior to an offer of employment, candidates must authorize a Federal Police Clearance to disclose any offences or charges.

ESG & Workplace Values

G'day Group is committed to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) practices and sustainability. Our five‐year ESG strategy supports a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace, community involvement, and environmental protection.
