We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support our administration team. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the team's success with all aspects of administration.


About the Role:

* Customer service focused role assisting the team with administrative tasks
* Maintaining accurate records via CRM software
* Utilizing Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Word
* Liaising with financial institutions for application processing and general administration

You will also have the opportunity to work towards completing a nationally recognized qualification in Certificate III Financial Services. We offer flexible working hours and a supportive team environment.
