About the role
As a Chef de Partie at Ode to Sirens in the vibrant coastal city of Fremantle, WA, you will play a key role in upholding the hotel's reputation for culinary excellence. What you'll be doing
* Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes according to established recipes and standards
* Assisting the Head Chef in menu planning and development
* Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient work station
* Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
* Collaborating with the wider kitchen team to ensure seamless service
* Providing guidance and mentorship to junior kitchen staff
