Commercial Lawyer (3–4 PAE)
This well-established law firm is seeking a commercial lawyer at the 3-4 year PAE level to join its growing practice. This opportunity will suit a commercially minded lawyer looking to build depth and confidence in a supportive environment, with access to quality work, mentoring and increasing responsibility over time.
About the Role
You will work across a broad range of commercial matters, including:
* Drafting and reviewing loan documentation
* Preparing and negotiating shareholders’ agreements
* Drafting business terms and conditions
* Advising on and drafting supply agreements, services agreements and related commercial contracts
* Assisting with general commercial advisory work
* Managing matters with supervision and guidance as required
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* Around 3–4 years PAE as a commercial lawyer (strong 3 PAE candidates encouraged to apply)
* Exposure to commercial contracts and business advisory work
* Developing drafting skills and a willingness to learn
* Confidence communicating with clients, with support
* A practical, commercial approach to problem-solving
* Good organisation and a collaborative mindset
