Details: Applications are sought from a highly motivated individual, who is organised and works well under pressure to fill the role of Assistant Director within the Policy, Planning and Built Environment Group (the Group). The Assistant Director is part of the executive support team providing high level organisation and administrative support to the Group.
The role requires a self-motivated, detail-oriented person with strong time management and effective organisation skills, with the ability to think laterally, work under pressure and achieve deadlines in an environment of competing priorities.

Eligibility/Other Requirements:
* Experience in a similar role, and an understanding of ACT Government business and administrative processes will be highly regarded.
Notes: This position is available from 1 February 2026. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and may be used to fill future vacancies over the next 12 months. This position is in a workplace designated for activity-based working (ABW). Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk.
