Position Title: Project Officer Classification: Dependant on Qualifications & Experience Salary per hour: Dependant on Qualifications & Experience Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract Part-time 48 hours per fortnight until 30th June 2026 Award: Allied Health Professionals (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise agreement 2021-2026 Role description Dhelkaya Health is proud to announce a new opportunity arising from a grant awarded by The Royal Children's Hospital 2025 Good Friday Appeal. This initiative will support the development of a localised, integrated care model for children and families in Mount Alexander Shire, improving access to early diagnosis and intervention for developmental challenges and neurodiversity. We are seeking a passionate and organised Project Officer to lead the coordination and implementation of a multidisciplinary Medical/Allied Health Clinic in Castlemaine. This pilot project will bring together GPs, paediatricians, and allied health professionals to deliver timely, holistic care for children in our community. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the development and operational rollout of the integrated clinic. * Facilitate collaboration between local health professionals and regional partners. * Engage with stakeholders including the Loddon Murray Health Network and four other health services across the Loddon and Mallee regions. * Monitor project outcomes and contribute to the development of a sustainable long-term care model. * Ensure efficient triage, assessment, and referral pathways for children and families About you * Experience in project coordination or health service delivery. * Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. * Understanding of paediatric or allied health services is desirable. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams. * Commitment to improving health outcomes for children and families Culture and Benefits Dhelkaya Health is located on Dja Dja Wurrung country in regional Victoria.
