3P Learning is seeking a Brand & Creative Operations Lead to shape our brand, guide our in-house creative studio, and ensure that the work we produce is strategic, consistent and delivered efficiently across all channels, including video.

About the role
We are building a stronger, more connected in-house creative agency to support our global B2B and B2C marketing teams.
This role blends brand leadership, creative direction and operational management to help us deliver high-quality work at scale.
You will oversee the creative studio, set standards for brand and creative excellence, and manage the processes that enable effective delivery.
You will lead a multi-disciplinary team across:
Copywriting
Graphic Design
Digital / Web Design
Video Production & Motion Design
This team supports both B2C and B2B, ensuring consistent messaging, visual identity and creative quality across campaigns, product marketing, digital content and sales enablement.
You will collaborate closely with:
Global Heads of Marketing (B2B and B2C)
Regional Marketing Managers
Product Managers
Sales Directors
CPO and CRO
Social, SEO, CRM and Performance teams
Your work will help translate marketing plans, product launches and key campaigns into a clear and achievable creative production pipeline.
What you'll do
Lead brand and creative direction
Maintain and develop brand standards and guidelines across all product lines
Ensure consistency in tone, visual identity and creative expression globally
Provide direction across design, copy, digital and video / motion
Partner with product teams to ensure brand alignment across customer touchpoints
Lead and develop the creative studio
Support team leads in copy, design, digital and video production
Establish a strong culture of quality, collaboration and accountability
Ensure clarity of expectations, priorities and creative standards
Oversee the planning and delivery of video content such as product explainers, social videos and campaign assets
Own creative intake, prioritisation and workflow
Manage briefs, capacity, sequencing and approvals through Jira
Streamline briefing, review and QA processes (including Figma, ProofJump and video review workflows)
Ensure visibility and predictability of studio workload across teams and markets
Maintain efficient ways of working that support timely and effective delivery
Translate strategy into creative output:
Convert marketing calendars into practical studio plans across copy, design, web and video
Coordinate the production of assets for ongoing, seasonal and campaign activities
Ensure B2B sales materials, B2C marketing creative and video content are high quality and on brand
Collaborate with SEO, Social, CRM and Performance to support content and campaign needs
Champion quality, clarity and brand consistency
Review creative work for effectiveness, clarity and alignment to brand
Ensure messaging is concise, accurate and suited to each audience
Oversee the brand library, templates, video styles and multi-market localisation processes
Maintain consistency in video tone, pacing, style and storytelling
Improve creative operations over time:
Identify and remove bottlenecks across all creative disciplines, including video
Introduce improvements to workflow, templates, production processes and approvals
Use operational data to guide resource planning and continuous improvement
Strengthen governance and quality control without slowing creative momentum
About you
You are an experienced brand, creative or studio operations leader who:
Has 7+ years' experience in creative, brand, content or marketing roles
Has led multi-disciplinary teams across design, copy, digital and video production
Understands both B2C and B2B creative requirements
Brings strong organisational and prioritisation skills
Can elevate creative quality across formats, including motion and video
Works confidently with tools such as Jira, Confluence and Figma
Communicates clearly and effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
Is comfortable guiding trade-offs, managing expectations and setting boundaries
Uses data and insights to inform decisions and improve creative performance
