Our organization operates a critical function in supporting a dedicated team of professionals including medicine specialists, critical care trained nurses and physiotherapists.
The role incorporates a wide and varied selection of responsibilities including registrations and admissions of patients presenting to the ED along with documentation/data management to ensure all relevant patient information is correctly stored in the patient's digital/electronic record.
All employees are required to carry out lawful directions outlined in their position description or delegated to them, bound by the Victorian Government's Code of Conduct and in compliance with our policies and procedures.
This advertised role requires 58 hours per fortnight worked across three shifts, rostered on a fortnightly basis:
* AM - shifts range from 6 to 8 hours between 7am and 4pm
* PM - shifts range from 6 to 8 hours between 3pm to 11pm
* Overnight - 8.5 hour shift between 10.30pm to 7.30am
Please note we operate 365 days per year with a requirement to work on weekends and public holidays as rostered.

This role plays a critical part in enabling the delivery of high-quality patient care and support for healthcare services. The selected candidate will be trained in all areas of the department to enable flexibility and movement within the team.
We require individuals with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive patient information.
