The Role
We're seeking someone who can confidently manage the front desk, provide an exceptional first impression for new members, and support our community of existing members.
Reception Hours:
* Monday to Friday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Hours available: ~ 25 per week, with the potential to increase.
Start: Immediate.

Key Responsibilities
* Greeting members and managing check-ins
* Booking members into classes
* Showing new members around the gym and supporting their onboarding
* Answering calls, replying to emails, and processing payments
* Handling till balancing and general admin duties
* Supporting membership sales and upgrades/downgrades
* Calling members as part of our community nurture program
* Maintaining gym presentation - daily upkeep of reception, bathrooms, and training areas (restocking supplies, emptying bins, fridge restock, quick vacuum/mop as needed)
* Helping build and maintain our awesome gym culture

What We're Looking For
* Minimum 1 year experience in reception, admin, or customer service
* Strong communication and people skills
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic attitude
* Bonus but not a requirement: Experience with GymMaster (or other gym management software).
