**About the Role**
An exciting opportunity to join BOQ Group (which includes Bank of Queensland, Virgin Money Australia and ME Bank) as Service Catalogue Manager during our digital transformation journey on a permanent basis. By joining the digital bank of the future, you will be able to make a difference with curiosity and optimism by supporting the accurate design and maintenance of service management, adding significant value to our organisation. With exciting projects currently underway, you will be a key contributor to unique business development and change across the BOQ Group.

As a Service Catalogue Manager, you will be primarily responsible for system support and changes, thinking outside of the box and having creative input to solve business problems. You will maintain the end-to-end lifecycle of the ServiceNow Service Catalogue, ensuring up-to-date service information is available for end users and items are retired, made live and amended as required. This will include regular reviews of the catalogue with internal stakeholders to ensure relevance to business needs and requirements, being a key player for ServiceNow system administration, escalation and queue management, incident, problem, request, change and continuous improvement. Furthermore, you will execute service catalogue standards and embed ITIL and BOQ SIAM best practices to ensure appropriate governance and delivery of the service catalogue.

This is a challenging and exciting role with a wide range of opportunities to help you take your career to the next level, where we are committed to helping you learn and grow to become a top-tier professional within service management.

**About you**
You will be a collaborative people and outcome focussed professional who thrives on working in a fast-paced environment and DevOps centred culture. You will have a willingness and commitment to adapt and learn, having solid communication skills on a verbal and written level to articulate technical information and collaborate with team members.

Having direct experience with the ServiceNow platform, you will understand ServiceNow concepts and development methodologies, such as update sets, cloning, service portal, business rules, client scripts, the service catalog and the workflow engine. Furthermore, you will have a strong understanding of SQL and database structures and commands, supported by REST and SOAP API knowledge.
