About your role As the Correspondence & Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the Executive Office by managing high-level written correspondence and providing confidential executive and administrative support. You will: * Prepare, interpret, coordinate and manage high-level executive correspondence on behalf of the Executive Office * Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather information, coordinate responses and meet strict deadlines * Assess and respond to incoming correspondence in line with legislative, procedural and organisational requirements * Produce high-quality documents including briefing notes, business cases, ministerial and parliamentary correspondence * Proofread and edit correspondence to ensure accuracy, consistency, and professional presentation About you You are an experienced professional with exceptional written communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
