We are looking for a talented, dynamic Digital Content Producer specialising in Videography/Photography to join our team. If you know how to tell a visual story that stops the scroll, captures the energy of a live event, and elevates local brands, we want to hear from you.
The Role
As our full-time Digital Content Producer, you will wear two distinct and exciting hats. Your primary focus will be acting as the creative engine behind the visual content we produce for Region Media's marketing partners—creating everything from polished feature videos to snappy social reels.
Additionally, you will cross over into the fast-paced world of local news, collaborating closely with our editorial team. You'll need to be ready to jump on time-sensitive events, press conferences, and media stand-ups, delivering high-quality visual assets on tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
* Commercial Content Creation: Concept, shoot, and edit high-quality feature videos, commercial photography, and engaging social reels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) for our marketing partners.
* Editorial & News Support: Partner with the editorial team to cover breaking local news, attend press conferences, and capture media stand-ups with rapid turnaround times.
* End-to-End Production: Manage the full production pipeline, including storyboarding, lighting, audio capture, editing, color grading, and sound design.
* Brand Alignment: Adapt your visual style seamlessly between a polished commercial client shoot and a gritty, fast-paced news environment.
* Asset Management: Maintain and organize digital asset libraries and ensure all production equipment is kept in peak working condition.

* Organized & Efficient: You know how to streamline your editing workflow to deliver high-quality content under tight editorial deadlines.
* Self-Managed: You are a self-starter who takes ownership of projects. You can manage your own time, schedule shoots efficiently, and keep production moving independently.
* Technical Toolkit: Proficient with professional mirrorless/cinema cameras, lighting, audio gear, and the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop).
