We are seeking skilled professionals to fill the role of Surface ROM Operator in Queensland for a fixed term. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and be part of a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
* We require candidates who can safely operate designated equipment, including Volvo L260H, L350F or CAT988, and manage continuous material feed through ROM crusher effectively.
* Maintenance and regular servicing of machinery are essential. Any mechanical issues or damage must be reported immediately.
* Daily activity and safety reporting as directed is crucial. Pre-start checks prior to equipment use are mandatory.
* The successful candidate will work on a rotating 2/2 or 7/7 roster with 12 hour shifts.
Requirements:
* Competent operation of specified heavy machinery is required. Effective management of material movement is also necessary.
* Valid manual driver's license and National Police clearance within the last 6 months (an advantage) are prerequisites. A current First Aid certificate or ability to obtain one prior to commencement is also required.
