Job Title: Registered Nurse
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to lead our residential care team in Albany. As a key member of our team, you will coordinate and deliver client-focused care on a permanent full-time basis.
About the Role
* Strong clinical assessment skills and appropriate response to changes in customer condition in consultation with the broader healthcare team
* Develop, implement, and evaluate plans of care in partnership with customers and their loved ones
* Liaise with appropriate healthcare professionals to deliver quality care to customers
* Ensure full compliance with organisational, professional and aged care standards
Your Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for coordinating and delivering client-focused care to our residents. This includes:
* Conducting thorough clinical assessments to identify customer needs
* Developing and implementing individualized care plans that meet customer needs and preferences
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting as required
