Still family-operated decades later, the business continues to evolve and is now seeking a Marketing Manager to elevate its brand presence and support its next phase of growth.
Base pay range
A$100,******/yr - A$140,******/yr
Reporting to the General Manager, the Marketing Manager will play a pivotal and hands-on role in defining and executing the marketing vision across a diverse portfolio of industrial developments and products.
You will lead the planning, delivery, and optimisation of marketing strategies that build brand awareness, generate leads, and strengthen sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies that support new product launches and industrial projects across digital, print, social media, and events.
Lead end-to-end campaign delivery from concept to execution, ensuring consistency, high quality, and strong brand alignment across all touchpoints.
Maintain and elevate brand standards across marketing collateral, websites, brochures, and social platforms (including LinkedIn).
Manage events, trade shows, and industry activations that build brand credibility and market presence.
Partner closely with internal sales teams and external stakeholders; join client visits to understand pain points and develop marketing solutions that strengthen the brand.
Track KPIs, lead conversions, and ROI, providing insights and data-driven recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
Work across multiple brands within the group, aligning each to market needs while strengthening their position across Australia.
Conduct deep market and competitor research to uncover opportunities and position the business effectively within a competitive landscape.
About You
4 - 6 years' experience in B2B marketing, ideally within industrial, manufacturing, or construction sectors.
A genuine passion for B2B marketing and the ability to manage multiple projects with confidence and clarity.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and guide both internal teams and external partners.
A proactive and strategic mindset, balanced with creativity and strong commercial awareness.
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Technical capability across digital marketing, design tools, and traditional marketing channels.
A data-driven approach, with strong analytical, planning, and project management skills.
A hands-on working style, comfortable rolling up your sleeves, balancing strategy with execution, and working autonomously.
