**About the role**
TAFE NSW has an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals with current experience in carpentry to join our team as a Permanent Full-Time Education Support Officer located at our Nowra Campus.
Your role will be responsible for a range of tasks which directly and indirectly supports the learning process for students from various backgrounds and needs. You will be a part of a dynamic team, helping students to understand their learning materials and concepts whilst creating an innovative and exciting educational environment.
Note: This role does not teach or prepare lessons or resources and does not deliver training nor undertake assessment.

**To be successful in the role you must have**:
- Certificate III in Carpentry
- Ability to understand the content of the learning materials and the processes used in carpentry
- High-level interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to be proactive and show initiative and ability to explain ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to meet all the selection criteria as outlined in the position description.
