The Role:
Our Client is seeking a highly skilled and motivatedElectricianto oversee and participate in the maintenance, repair, and installation of electrical systems and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
Location: Wagga Wagga (Open to individuals looking to relocate to Wagga Wagga)

Responsibilities:
* Routine and advanced maintenance and inspections on mechanical and electrical systems and equipment.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical/technical issues
* Repair and replace faulty components as required
* Develop and implement standard operating procedures for maintenance and training.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
* Assist in the installation of new electrical systems and equipment.
* Provide leadership, technical support, and mentorship to junior technicians.- As required
* Collaborate with other departments within the company
* Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and ensure timely resolutions.
Skills:
* Experience in electrical maintenance, repair, and installation.- Open to learn
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics
* Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call as needed.
* Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience:
* Experience in electrical maintenance, repair, and installation.
* Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus.
* Knowledge of HV/LV systems and communication networks is desirable- - Not essential. Open to learn
Qualifications
* Valid NSW electrical supervisors or contractor's license
* Valid Drivers licence
* HV electrical qualification desirable- Not Essential
* LVR/CPR current certificate- Not Essential
* First Aid current certificate- Not Essential
* Working at Heights desirable- Not Essential
