About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial assets. This is a strategic leadership role focused on driving asset performance, enhancing value, and delivering exceptional outcomes for stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize portfolio performance.
* Oversee financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting for assets.
* Manage leasing strategies, tenant relationships, and occupancy optimization.
* Conduct regular asset reviews and identify opportunities for value-add initiatives.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
* Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for senior leadership and investors.
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 5+ years in asset management within commercial property.
* Strong financial acumen with experience in complex modelling and analysis.
* Proven ability to manage high-value assets and deliver on performance targets.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
* Tertiary qualifications in Property, Finance, or related discipline.
