Electrical Technician Role
We are currently seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to be part of our engineering team.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing and assembling electrical panels, troubleshooting motor control systems and industrial PLC control systems, providing support for the installation of new electrical equipment, reading and working from electrical schematic drawings, and producing electrical drawings on CAD.
Requirements:
* A Certificate or Diploma in Higher Engineering Trade.
* At least 10 years' experience in the electrical field, design, and commissioning control systems.
* Holds a current NSW Electrical Licence.
* A strong commitment to safety.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
* Basic to intermediate level PLC and HMI software skills.
* Familiarity with industrial sensors and signalling.
* Electronic skills - PCB assembly, troubleshooting, circuit drawing interpretation.
