Role Overview
We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in the Business Partnering and Workplace Relations Division.
* This role will provide high-level advice and support to people leaders on a range of human resources functions, including performance management, workplace conflict, and workplace behaviours.
* You will work collaboratively with management and employees to improve workplace relationships, build morale and increase capability, engagement, and productivity.
* The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to partner with people leaders to uplift management capability and excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
Job Description
The HR Business Partner is a key role within the Business Partnering and Workplace Relations Division that provides support and advice to assigned client portfolios on a broad range of generalist human resources functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide coaching, assistance, and practical support to people leaders across a broad range of HR functions.
* Work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide high-level HR partnering services with allocated regions, commands, and departments.
* Identify workplace trends, issues, and opportunities and provide proactive solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* Experience in case managing a range of human resource issues, with knowledge of employee relations and contemporary developments in human resource management.
* Proven ability to monitor client and stakeholder satisfaction, and constructively manage stakeholder expectations.
