Assistant Store Manager (Fulfilment) – Dan Murphy's Albany (WA) (Part-Time avail)
Join Endeavour Group in this role. As a Fulfilment Manager, you will play an integral role in managing and maintaining stock levels to drive sales and customer satisfaction. We’re looking for a driven people leader with a keen eye for detail and a passion for inventory management and stock control. This role offers critical operational exposure and an opportunity to kick start a career adventure with Dan Murphy’s.
Responsibilities
- Help build a culture centred around people development and create excitement about inventory control and stock movement
- Create team succession plans and deliver regular training to store team to inspire continuous improvement
- Elevate your team through regular coaching and mentoring, empowering them to be self‑sufficient and achieve accuracy across store inventory levels
- Collaborate with store leaders to understand customer needs for key store events and peak trade periods to achieve maximum revenue growth
- Create an inclusive environment that embraces diversity and fosters a positive culture

- Understand the link between effective inventory management and revenue growth, proactively sharing knowledge with others
