Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the product strategy for The Sims Free Play, aligning game development with EA's multi-year business and franchise goals.
2. Drive the evolution of The Sims Free Play by identifying opportunities to modernize core systems, refresh user experiences, and deepen long-term player engagement.
3. Own the live service roadmap, ensuring regular, high-impact content and features that resonate with both loyal players and new audiences.
4. Define and optimize monetization strategies, collaborating with design to enhance in-game economy, pricing models, and offers that drive sustainable revenue.
About You
* You must have strong analytical and financial acumen, including forecasting, scenario planning, and partnering with Analytics and Finance on revenue modeling.
* You will need to develop and execute live service content roadmaps, including seasonal events, feature updates, and player lifecycle strategies.
* A deep understanding of mobile game KPIs (e.g., retention, ARPU, LTV) is required, as well as the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
