We're a dynamic and growing family law firm with offices across Sydney. As we continue to expand, we're looking for an experienced Family Lawyer to join our team.
This role is suited to a lawyer with solid expertise in Family Law, including but not limited to divorce and separation, child custody and parenting matters, child support, spousal maintenance, property settlements, and domestic and family violence matters.
You will work closely with clients across a broad range of family law matters, including separation, divorce, parenting arrangements and property settlements. Providing clear, practical and empathetic advice, you will guide clients through what is often one of the most challenging periods of their lives while helping them achieve positive outcomes.
Managing your own matters from start to finish, you will represent clients in negotiations, mediations and Court proceedings while delivering exceptional client service and support throughout the legal process.
This is a hands‐on role that will suit a proactive, detail-oriented lawyer who combines empathy with strong technical capability and a genuine commitment to achieving positive outcomes for clients.

To be successfully considered for this role you will have:
* A minimum of 5 years PAE in Family Law (NSW-qualified).
* Strong experience across parenting, property and general family law matters.
* Experience appearing in Court and briefing counsel where appropriate.
* Exceptional drafting, advisory and communication skills.
* A client-focused approach, with strong emotional intelligence and empathy.
* The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
* Experience in mediation, alternative dispute resolution and/or complex property matters
