**About the role**
- Oversee the recruitment process for our open vacancies, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process to attract top talent to the company.
- Manage employee relations and industrial relations matters, including negotiations with relevant unions and overseeing renewal of Enterprise Agreements.
- Provide oversight of payroll functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and agreements.
- Drive improvements in safety practices and ensure compliance with regulations, fostering a culture of safety across the organisation.
- Collaborate with line managers to empower them to lead their divisions effectively, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Take the lead in HR change and transformation projects, fostering a culture of adaptability and resilience among employees, ensuring smooth transitions and mínimal disruptions.
