Create impact as a Partner, Broker Relationship
Your Role
The purpose of this role is to implement plans and strategies for our key and strategic partners. It includes delivering best practice account management, distribution, sales, and service to these partners. As part of the Broker & Partner Strategic Growth team, you will leverage and align relationships to create synergies, access decision makers, and ensure greater consistency for all Brokers, significantly impacting the efficiency, growth, and profitability of CGU.
This role contributes to the overall success of CGU within the IIA division and requires collaboration with peers in CGU, IIA, and across the Group to leverage capabilities, ensure consistency, and help grow broker NPS scores across the country.
This is a permanent position based in Meanjin (Brisbane) .
About You
* Demonstrated strategic thinking ability, ideally with customer experience and growth focus
* Strong and proven track record in relationship and account management
* Excellent analytical skills, including data analytics and data mining
* Good understanding of underwriting
* Strong understanding of insurance financials
* Strong commercial acumen
* Ability to define, plan, and execute strategies and initiatives into tactical plans for successful delivery
