What We're Looking For
We're open to a variety of backgrounds. You might be:
Qualified Roles
Bachelor of Early Childhood / ECT / Primary with EC experience
Working towards a qualification
Experience / Personal Qualities
A genuine love for children and early learning
Confident working in a team
Warm, respectful communication with families
Curiosity, reliability, and a readiness to pitch in
Experience in early education is great — but not essential if you're the right fit
(Or willingness to obtain)
Working With Children Check (WA)
First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis (or willingness to complete)
Current Child Protection training (or willingness to complete)
Understanding of the National Quality Framework / EYLF (depending on role)
