Job Summary:
The role of a Financial Director is to oversee and manage the organization's financial functions, including financial and management accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage ARRCS financial functions
* Work closely with executive team and operational business leaders
* Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
* Provide timely and informative financial reports to stakeholders
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience working in a senior finance position within a small to medium enterprise. You should also possess strong staff management skills, excellent stakeholder engagement, and highly developed commercial and analytical problem-solving skills.
