About the Role:
We are seeking an Operations Administrator to join our Operations team to support in daily planning, create PO's and oversee day-to-day operational administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to Operations Team in daily planning activities.
* Raising purchase orders.
* Preparing reports, correspondence, and presentations as required.
* Scheduling meetings & events, as required.
* Liaising with all internal stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows.
* Attending Productions meetings and Preparing Minutes of Meeting
* Handling office ad-hoc duties such as answering phones, organizing files, drafting letters.
* Supporting onboarding of new staff in operational processes and systems.
* Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
* Maintaining databases and track important deadlines.
* Other administrative duties, as required.
Requirements:
* Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - VLook Up, Pivot Tables, Complex formulas.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* High attention to details, focus and reliability.
* Ability to present professionally when liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
* Approachable and Helpful attitude with a positive and proactive mindset.
