Key Job Responsibilities
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing industry-leading platform and compliance support to help brokers save time, diversify their business, and stay compliant. This includes maintaining a ratio of 1:150 Agreement Holders (AHs), identifying opportunities to enable broker success through LMG product and service offerings, referring brokers seeking additional support to higher margin models, and completing the Annual Business Snapshot for all AHs in your portfolio.
* Provide expert support to brokers on our platform and ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
* Identify opportunities for growth and development within our broker network and implement strategies to achieve this.
* Work closely with our sales team to identify and engage with new Agreement Holders, and provide them with tailored support to help them grow their businesses.
Requirements

* A strong understanding of the mortgage industry and its current trends and challenges.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with brokers and other stakeholders.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
