Available Shifts
* eVisceration Shift – 5:00am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday
* Boning Shift – 9:00am to 7:00pm, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
Dark Meat Boners
* Deboning thigh and drumstick products to specification
* Maintaining knife skills and work pace on the boning line
* Meeting yield targets and quality standards
* Working safely with hand tools in a chilled environment
Evisceration Operators
* Operating on the evisceration and draw line
* Giblet harvesting and internal inspection tasks
* Maintaining bird flow and line hygiene
* Supporting QA compliance and food safety requirements
General Production Duties
* Processing turkey products in a production environment
* Using knives and processing equipment safely and efficiently
* Performing repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards
* Working as part of a supportive team
* Following food safety and workplace safety procedures
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in meat processing, boning, butchery, abattoirs, poultry processing, or knife handling is highly regarded
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
* Reliable and committed work ethic
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced production environment
* Good communication skills
* Team‐oriented attitude
Essential Requirements
* Full Australian working rights
* Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 20kg
* Comfortable standing for extended periods
* Able to work in cold, wet, and temperature‐controlled environments
* Comfortable working with raw meat products
* Able to perform repetitive tasks
* Reliable attendance and punctuality
Desirable Skills
* Meat processing or food manufacturing experience
* Knife skills and previous boning experience
* Familiarity with food safety, GMP, and quality assurance practices
Biosecurity Requirement
Due to quarantine regulations, applicants must not have contact with birds or pigs outside of work.
