The Role:
As a Construction or Litigation Solicitor in this team, you will:
* Work on major multi-million-dollar construction and infrastructure matters, including arbitrations and adjudications.
* Advise clients on complex construction disputes and contractual issues.
* Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and legal documentation.
* Contribute to business development initiatives, including presenting seminars and promoting the firm.
* Mentor junior lawyers and collaborate closely with senior team members.
