Reporting to the Site Manager Gippsland the successful candidate must have the ability to:
Responsibilities
* Provide Leadership to the site operations cleaning crew.
* Ensure the health & safety of all team members under your supervision.
* Operate in an industrial / manufacturing environment.
* Be flexible with your hours of work (operating between 3.00pm and 3.00am) in line with meat processing hours.
* Comply with strict operational, food safety and quality cleaning requirements.
* Ensure plant & equipment are kept in a hygienic, safe and serviceable condition.
You Will Have:
* Experience in leading an industrial cleaning team within a shift work environment.
* Demonstrated knowledge and application of safe work practices.
* Previous cleaning experience in a food safety & quality environment.
* Strong consultation and interpersonal skills.
* Attention to detail and a passion for getting things done right, first time.
