You'll support a well‐travelled, knowledgeable business owner who values clarity, constructive communication, and can operate confidently and independently.
What You'll Do
This is not a narrow PA role — your day may include:
* Managing emails, calendars, and communications via the work email system
* Assisting in the coordination of contractors, suppliers and service providers
* Managing administration across farming, investment and management of property holdings
* Asking detailed, clarifying questions to ensure tasks are executed correctly
* Bringing IT capability and efficiency to complement the owner, who often prefers pen‐and‐paper workflows
* Maintaining an orderly and efficient office environment
* Improve efficiency and functionality of Sharepoint e.g. folders, naming conventions for seamless user experience and navigation
* Assist the business with developing and improving Standard Operating Procedures
This role has many facets. It requires someone who can pivot quickly, think logically, learn, investigate and connect to new subject areas and take ownership.

What You Bring
* Minimum 6 years in senior administration, PA, or EA roles

* Ability to connect to diverse subject matters
* High degree of independence and proactive thinking
* Professional maturity and resilience
* Confidence interacting with people from all walks of life, suppliers, farming contacts, contractors and commercial stakeholders
* Background in family business, farming or small business dynamics is highly advantageous
