We are currently seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join our team in a newly created role, supporting a fast-paced and growing sales function within the food manufacturing sector.
Role Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day sales administration and customer support, including product availability, pricing, specifications, and order status.
* Prepare sales presentations, briefs, and supporting documentation for internal and external use.
* Support new product and customer initiatives by coordinating follow-ups and tracking progress.
* Maintain strong working relationships with customers, distributors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
* Support new product launches, range updates, and compliance requirements, including food safety documentation, labelling, and import permits.
* Maintain accurate data across CRM, ERP, and inventory systems.
* Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries, and assist with trend and demand analysis.
* Identify and amplify aged stock, product dating, or supply issues to relevant teams.
* Contribute to continuous improvement through efficient processes, cost-effective logistics, and general administrative support to the Sales Team.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience in FMCG, food importing, or food distribution environments.
* Knowledge of international shipping, incoterms, or customs processes.
* Understanding of food safety standards and compliance documentation.
* Demonstrated experience in customer service, call centre, or high-volume administrative roles.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Confident computer skills and experience working across CRM, ERP, and reporting systems.
