Occupational Therapy Leadership Role
As a Lead Occupational Therapy Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality patient-centered care while collaborating with a close-knit team. This six-month tenure will see you lead the coordination and provision of day-to-day occupational therapy services to patients in our tertiary hospital.
You will be responsible for overseeing the clinical workload, providing supervision and mentorship to junior occupational therapists, and supporting their growth and development. With access to senior clinicians, Clinical Educator, and Director of Occupational Therapy, you will be well-supported in this leadership role.
The acute hospital team offers flexibility dependent on your skills and experience. To succeed in this position, candidates must comply with relevant policies and requirements prior to commencement.
