The roleWe are currently looking to appoint an Operations Manager responsible for Concrete operations across the Melbourne region. This includes P&L responsibility for 12 concrete plants, contractors and employees.Reporting to the General Manager, VIC the role is about developing effective long-term relationships with both clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure successful and sustainable commercial outcomes for Hy-Tec.The Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with legal regulations, safety standards, and optimizing production to exceed customer expectations.It encompasses Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management, customer service, production control, cost management, quality assurance, process enhancements, and leadership and development of our staff.The role is for you if you are highly motivated, results-oriented and have sound business acumen.
