Your new role
In this role, you will be responsible for:
1. Deliver high quality customer service to clients and stakeholders.
2. Operate effectively in a fast paced, KPI driven environment.
3. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, industry contacts, and internal/external stakeholders.
4. Use strong interpersonal skills to negotiate, deescalate situations, and resolve disputes where required.
5. Participate in team culture initiatives and contribute to innovation and process improvements.
6. Prepare accurate documents, reports, and updates in relevant information systems.
7. Perform general administrative duties to support daily operations.
8. Apply customer support experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
9. Demonstrate leadership behaviours aligned with the Individual Contributor stream of the Queensland Leadership Competencies.

What you'll get in return
You will join a fast paced team helping deliver high quality service to their customers. You will be on a causal contract through Hays working full time hours Monday to Friday 36.25 hours per week. You will be offered an attractive rate of $51.12 p/h + super + penalties.
