Project Administration Trainee Role
This is an entry-level opportunity for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to support project administration activities.
The successful candidate will be working collaboratively with project directors, managers, analysts, and the marketing team to ensure seamless project delivery.
Key responsibilities include assisting with document formatting and editing, supporting administrative tasks for project quality and delivery, taking and sending meeting agendas and minutes, and processing expenses and receipts.
Additionally, the trainee will be expected to manage supplier and subcontractor purchase orders, work within our Quality & WHS Assurance Systems, and perform general business processes.
We're looking for someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to multitask and work both independently and with guidance.
Apart from this key role, opportunities may arise for involvement in graphic design, project management, or other areas of the organization based on interests and performance.
