As the Store Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring to maximise sales opportunities, including:
- Coach and mentor the store team to enable them to always put the customer first and deliver a positive experience for each customer
- Develop sales and profit strategies in alignment to the business goals that enables success for you and your team
- Proactively engage with your team to identify hazards and manage risks
